Shipping & Returns

Domestic Shipping:

 

Currently, Quaintssential ships to all serviceable areas in India. You can order products either through the Website or through our Instagram page. 

 

In case you want to know if Your location is serviceable, you can email us your pin code on quaintssential@gmail.com And we shall get back to you within 24 - 48 hours. 

 

Shipping Time:

 

Depending on the customizations requested by You, the products generally take 2 – 3 weeks to be prepared and shipped to you. 

 

You will receive a tracking link once the products are shipped to You. 

 

Shipping Charges:

 

For products ordered through the Website, Shipping charges will be calculated at the time of check out and will have to be paid over and above the actual cost of the product. 

 

For products ordered through Our Instagram page, You will be informed of the shipping charges prior to the confirmation of the order. 

 

For International Shipping:

We currently do not ship internationally. In case we allow international shipping, shipping cost is charged in addition to your bill amount as per weight, distance to destination from Mumbai and duties, if any, as calculated by our logistics service provider. Returns and Exchanges

 

Quaintssential does not have a return policy. Since all the products are hand-made and customized, it is not possible for us to exchange these products either. 

 

In the event the product is damaged during shipping, we might request you to share images and videos of the damaged products. You must raise an exchange request by emailing us on quaintssential@gmail.com within 24 hours of receipt of your order received. In order to be eligible for returns the following conditions have to be satisfied:

  • Product packaging, labels & tags must not be tampered with.

  • Product must be in the same condition as depicted in the images and videos.

  • Exchanges will be processed only once the product has been received in our warehouse and has been checked for quality.

  • The customer will bear the shipping charges to our warehouse

  • The product must dispatched to our warehouse within 24 hours after the exchange request is raised.

 

Upon the satisfaction of the above-mentioned conditions, we may process a refund in the same account that has been used for making the initial payments.

CANCELLATIONS

The whole order amount will be refunded if the order is canceled, lost or undelivered to your preferred location.

For orders canceled within 72 hours of the order placed, you will be eligible for a 100% refund of the amount paid.

 

For an order canceled post 72 hours of the order placed, you will be eligible to a 50% refund of the amount paid. 


Quaintssential reserves the right to cancel any order, at its sole discretion, without any explanation for doing so. The company will ensure that any communication of cancellation of an order or any applicable refund will be made in a reasonable time.
